Starbucks Coffee Company

This Starbucks continuously fails to look the instructions on the label when asking for light milk or light cold foam. I genuinely feel like they dump in EXTRA despite it clearly saying “Lt”. I place mobile orders because I’m usually on the run. I don’t have time to stop and ask them to remake a drink.

I went to this location yesterday .I went to place my order and had a question about my gift card . I asked the barrister ALEXANDER a question he rudely turn his back on me as I started to ask the question and began talking about me to another worker , ignoring me .He had an attitude. The other barrister took my order . He was very rude & disrespectful and I will be contacting corporate. Im a paying customer. I'm not going to be treated poorly when im spending my $$$.This needs to be addressed.

The Starbucks in Woodside is honestly one of the best run locations I've been to in NYC. The biggest plus? They actually have parking which is pretty rare in New York City and makes stopping in so much easier. The drinks always come out very fast, even when it's busy, and the staff is consistently friendly and organized. You can tell this location is managed efficiently because everything just flows smoothly. Definitely one of the most efficiently run Starbucks around. I'd go out of my way to come back to this one.

I’ve been drinking Starbucks for years. I just bought an iced latte at this location, and I have to say — the quality has really gone downhill. The taste wasn’t as good as it used to be, and the cup was poorly made. The lid didn’t even close properly, and it ended up spilling all over my car while I was driving. I paid $7 for the coffee, and now I’m out over $100 for a car wash and cleanup. I’m honestly speechless. Starbucks seriously needs to revamp its operations — at the very least, improve the quality of the cups

The staff at this Starbucks was very friendlyand polite. The tea was a good temperature to drink without waiting to long to cool off and they had a good blueberry muffin. This was definitely one of the best Starbucks experiences I have had in a long while.
